This project is intended to provide overhead door and gate services for buildings, garages, and other various facilities for the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (GCRTA) located throughout the GCRTA service area. The contract type shall be on "time and materials", as required, for a period of three (3) years with two (2), one (1) year optional extensions. All work performed is in the nature of maintenance/repair.
